Tell BC Ferries:
HALF MEASURES DON’T WORK.

BC’s ferries are more than just a mode of transportation — they’re a lifeline, connecting us to the people and places we love. But the workers who operate them don’t have what they need to keep us all sailing smoothly.

BC’s ferry workers are dedicated to their roles, and show up for their communities every single day despite: low wages, poor treatment and severe understaffing. But there’s only so much they can do when faced with deteriorating conditions.

Meanwhile, BC Ferries refuses to make it right, placing the burden entirely on this dwindling workforce. Their misplaced priorities impact passengers, causing delays and cancellations.

To attract and maintain the best possible crews, ferry workers need: better wages and better working conditions.  That means better service for passengers and a stronger economy – a win/win for BC.
